It is very rare that I have a bad Popeyes experience, but this is the worst of the worst, and this location takes the cake! Usually, it's one or the other, but this particular location offered bad food and AWFUL service! First off, I am from the south, so we are accustomed to speaking, customer service doesn't exist here!
I attempted to pay for my order with a Popeyes gift card and the cashier tells me that they don't accept gift cards, her exact words were "no, we don't take that here." After asking why with no response, I asked for the manager and asked why if it's your restaurants gift card 🙄, he replied that it could only be used online because you have to scratch the numbers off. Puzzled but not up for confrontation I asked him if that is the policy for all Popeyes and he replied yes. I informed him that I use them all the time and has never been refused only for him to switch and say " well this one" I used my card and returned to my hotel right up the street less than a mile ( the next light) away. My chicken was old and dry and the fries soggy and cold! A complete waste of money and time! Definitely not even a fair first impression!!! As I am only here for my son's Naval Graduation I won't be back but for considering patrons, I strongly advise against it! Instead of stars this location deserves major demerits!!!

I been here multiple times never had a bad experience. Until the other day. Food was TERRIBLE this time. Bit in one wing tasted weird seen the inside (see photo) and threw the rest In the garbage.

This Popeyes is so good. The food is always hot and the staff are very friendly. They give a little extra fries and if you ask for specific items they will give them to you. Excellent customer service.

Ok llegué y entré a las 9:30 y el manager no me quiso tomar mi orden me dijo que estaba cerrado y que si quería ordenar que fuera al drive thru muy mal servicio porq si no quieren atender a las personas después de las 9:30 pm porq no cierran la puerta .

This Popeyes has little to no parking space for people who want to dine in. The interior of the place is always loud with rowdy customers from every time I've been here. Some of the staff members working the cash register don't even speak English. The food is good at least.

I should say I'm disappointed with the much hyped and bragged about chicken sandwich. Is that how it's supposed to be or it's just simply the not care attitude of the particular location is beyond me. Tried really hard to find some mayo which is supposed to be there but it's just a hard to bite piece of chicken with 2 pickles between stale buns..far from anything to be called a sandwich. And the shrimp tackle box was another big letdown no flavor whatsoever.

Over $60 spent and the so called Manager was so rude and awful!!!!! He refused to help me as the app wasn't allowing me to select mild vs spicy and gave me 0 sauces for 30 tenders and 12 nuggets! All I wanted was to do 10 of the 30 Spicy and not have random sauces my kids would eat! After ordering ahead and still having to wait for 10 cars ahead to get their food I nicely asked if they could switch my sauces from random to 4 honey mustard and 4 blackened ranch..... The manager had to approve the sauce change and I was assured the switched it..... Then after ordering ahead, waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru for food that was ready, and another 15 minutes home what happens they made half of my tenders spicy (leaving me not enough for my children) and none of the sauces I requested. So, I call and after that the very rude manager was not only extremely rude he says he will only apologize for not checking the sauce but when you order online you can go online and complain and get money back. Even as I was very clear I didn't want my money back I just wanted my correct number of mild tenders and sauce my kids will eat with hopefully the ability of calling when I arrive so I don't have to wait 30 minutes so my food is cold as it was when we got home since they make it when you order and make you wait behind people placing orders instead of offering curbside like every other business that has a closed lobby!!!! I am so very disappointed that I went out of my way to the location I usually think makes amazing food to have myself and my family treated horrible and being told by the MANAGER all he can do is apologize!!!! I didn't want anything I didn't pay for and was willing to come back just to get what they messed up! He even told me it was my fault for not getting the manager when I called after placing my order I asked if it was ok to make it 20 mild and 10 spicy. As I should've known via the phone that the women saying yes she can do that would put half and half on my receipt and was not allowed to help customers because they manager is a rude control freak that says only he can fix a simple count or any changes!!! Just rude, horrible customer service, no ownership, and refusal to help customers!!!
