I came back to modify my review on this company's product because they've modified their advertising on Amazon and made it clearer that their seniors phone doesn't work in all countries. The Opis seniors phone is a 5 star idea. If it worked in Australia I would give it 5 stars. My rating is based on my own personal experience as a consumer. I discovered after purchasing this phone that it didn't work in Australia It also cost me $69 to post back to Germany. Paypal refunded us $45 of this return postage, but the elderly person I bought this for is still out of pocket for the balance. At the time that I bought this product their online advertising was misleading - they claimed their product "worked everywhere" and I believed them. At the time their e-store said free return postage and I believed them. They have now clarified in their advertising that their product is 2G, so I have adjusted my rating. I am keeping an eye on the product. If they bring out a 3G or 4G version of the seniors phone with Australian frequencies and bands I would probably get one. I've got a workaround solution at present.
